What is AssetRx?
AssetRx is a TEU Group product for managing medical equipment rental operations. It brings assets, customers, rentals, logistics, inspections, maintenance and finance into one web-based workspace.
Who is the platform for?
It supports the people running equipment rental operations: rental staff, operations managers, technicians, finance teams and administrators. Access to features is controlled by assigned roles.
Can I book medical equipment on this website?
This website introduces the AssetRx management platform. The workspace is for authorised users managing rental operations; it is not a public equipment booking or checkout service.
How do I access my workspace?
Select Sign in and use your existing account. If you need access or help with your account, contact your organisation’s AssetRx administrator.
What happens when equipment is returned?
Returned assets move into inspection. Depending on their condition, they can be released as available or sent for cleaning, maintenance or repair before returning to the rental pool.
